OUR SAFARI PROCESS
How does it all work?
It all starts with a phone call or email. Once we have heard from you we will begin planning your safari closely together to ensure you get the experience you are after.
After the initial contact, Matt will arrange a time and date to either meet or talk directly over the phone. In this consultation Matt will ask a number of questions to ascertain exactly what is you are looking for on your safari.
After your consultation, Matt will take all the information you have provided him with and start putting together a bespoke itinerary specifically designed to suit your needs and wishes.
Once you have gone through the itinerary, you can discuss with Matt any changes you would like to make or confirm you are happy with what Matt has suggested. As soon as this is done, Matt will go ahead and make all the necessary reservations and travel plans.
Your safari will begin with Matt meeting you at the agreed international airport of arrival, for example Lusaka, Zambia, from where your safari will begin. From here you will transfer by air or road to your chosen destination.
When you are on Safari your day will be filled with a minimum of two wonderful game viewing activities per day, such as game drives, walks or hide trips. Matt will be with you and at your disposal for the duration of your safari, on hand 24/7 to answer any questions you may have.
Having Matt guide you through your safari will ensure you have expert guidance and specialist wildlife and photographic expertise to draw from throughout your entire trip, not just on your activities, but back at camp as well.

Your Safari will end at the international airport of departure where you will bid farewell to Matt and begin your journey home. Full of the wonderful memories from a once in a lifetime trip.

However, this will not be the last you hear from Matt. By this stage you will have all his personal contact details and you are free to get in touch with Matt at any stage should you require any assistance with planning your next safari to advice on processing your photographs on programs such as lightroom or Photoshop.
